Hey you, yeah you.
Have you ever felt underrated, or humiliated?
Trying to catch up with all the work you should get done, have you ever needed someone who have already passed along this road to tell you that everything is gonna be fine? And, maybe, with the despair of not finding that “someone”, have you ever given up? Given up all the work that you have to do in order to achieve your dreams?
Well, I did. I did give up for a while.
But I don’t want you to.
Today, I am writing these lines not only to support woman all around the world in tech, but also to encourage the ones who have ever felt unmotivated related to the path they take throughout this journey.
Starting a blog like this to tell people what I had been through from the very beginning of my journey until today had always been like an awkward idea that is far away from me. However, there is nothing wrong or awkward about engaging with the ones who have felt like me at any point in their lives. If I can do it in my real life, why not do it in here to achieve my dreams?
If you want to achieve your dreams, every tiny little step counts.
I have a dream.
I want to prove people wrong about their thoughts related to women in tech, and do this by going as far as I can to develop myself in the field of computer engineering. There is indeed a gender gap in the industry but also in the countries like where I live, women are going through so many obstacles even to continue their education in order to achieve their goals.
Let’s prove them wrong together by breaking the stereotypes!

Love the way you write. Keep going !!
Hello ,
I saw your tweets and thought I will check your website. Have to say it looks very good!
I’m also interested in this topic and have recently started my journey as young entrepreneur.
I’m also looking for the ways on how to promote my website. I have tried AdSense and Facebok Ads, however it is getting very expensive. Was thinking about starting using analytics. Do you recommend it?
Can you recommend something what works best for you?
Would appreciate, if you can have a quick look at my website and give me an advice what I should improve: http://janzac.com/
(Recently I have added a new page about FutureNet and the way how users can make money on this social networking portal.)
I wanted to subscribe to your newsletter, but I couldn’t find it. Do you have it?
Hope to hear from you soon.
P.S.
Maybe I will add link to your website on my website and you will add link to my website on your website? It will improve SEO of our websites, right? What do you think?
Regards
Jan Zac
Hi Jan,
Thank you for your thoughtful comment. I will try to improve the content. There was a problem about subscription but I corrected it. Now, you can find the subscription form on the right of the web page. There should be no problem.
For your question about analytics, I recommend using Google Analytics since it is pretty powerful and helps you track the traffic of your website pretty easily.
I will check out your website and try to share it on my twitter if I find some related content to mine.
Regards,

This is great! I completely agree! Keep going, coding woman🤗
Hi 🙂
I am so happy I came across your blog. I am looking forward to read your anecdotes and to participate by commenting them, as I am myself a woman in tech 👩🏾💻 I have graduated in „Mechatronics and IT“ last year in August and now I am doing my masters in “electrical engineering and IT”. I am always super happy to hear about fellow female tech-students.
I have recently written an article on my blog encouraging young women to chose tech as option. Unfortunately the article is written in German, but I hope to find some time for an English version also.
Hi Hella,
I hope to read your blog when you have an English version. I get super happy when I meet people like you who also support women in tech! Thank you so much for your nice comment. 🤗
